our Fountains, a Helia Healthcare facility, is dedicated above all to enriching the lives of our residents and ensuring that their quality of life is improved everyday while in our care. Four Fountains is committed to providing exceptional medical care, but more importantly we understand that only in a caring and vibrant environment can our residents truly thrive.
Four Fountains residents enjoy many creative and engaging activities daily. Whether it be local musicians dropping by for entertainment, enjoying ice cream with friends in the beautiful outdoor courtyard, tending the beautiful flowers in the Memorial Garden, enjoying socialization with the Red Hat Society or Men’s Club, our residents are able to share in new experiences regularly. Residents can also enjoy watching a baseball game on our large screen TV or play their own game of baseball on our Nintendo Wii.
Our staff is committed to building personal relationships with each of our residents. We understand that leaving one’s home is a difficult transition, so it is our ultimate goal to do everything we can to make residents feel that they are a part of the Four Fountains family.
