Meet our Willowcreek Team

Jill Pingsterhaus has been a Licensed Respiratory Therapist for 28 years; her experience is in many different aspect of the respiratory field. She has worked in critical care settings, at Cardinal Glennon with children, skilled nursing facilities, home health and pulmonary rehabilitation. Jill loves to work in the skilled nursing environment and help individuals return home to their loved ones and normal activities that they do with their own families. She strives to make people comfortable with the respiratory process so that they may succeed in their rehabilitation.

Jill obtained her education through Southwest Illinois College in Belleville in 1990, which enabled her to become a certified respiratory therapist through the National Board of Respiratory Care. She attended the University of Phoenix receiving her Bachelors in Science majoring in Business Administrations in January of 2015.

Jill loves spending time with her family; her husband Jeff of 32 years and two children who have also blessed her with grandchildren.

Travion graduated from Cahokia High School. On his 16th birthday he began working at Our Lady of the Snows Shrine in Belleville, IL. He found that he had a passion for cooking and became a cook before his 17th birthday. He believes that serving a beautiful, exquisite plate of food can make someone’s day better.

Travion began working at Willowcreek in May of 2014 in dietary. He progressed into housekeeping supervisor although his passion was in the dietary department. Travion patiently waited until his time to become culinary director.

Travion is a husband and a father of three awesome boys. His hobbies include traveling to watch Miami Dolphins, extracurricular activities with his boys, working out at the YMCA we well as enjoying dinner and great sport debates with family.
